• We provide leadership as the advisor to the Principal Employer or the Affiliate Hiring Agency in all matters relating to Human Resources (hiring, skills training, labor and employment relations).
• We serve as the facilitator representing the business of the Principal Employer or the Affiliate Hiring Agency to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) for procedures relating to manpower recruitment and overseas employment.
• We deliver on time hiring and employment processing – business solution.
• We monitor and coordinate the progress of each individual worker in the entire duration of the contract.
